Spiritual Gifts
Have you ever volunteered to work on a committee or help at church or school, only to find out after a while that you really don't like the job for which you volunteered; the work doesn't fulfill you and soon your are burned out? At Palmetto Shores Church, we don't want our members to get "burned out" doing a task to help the church when the job is something they don't like doing. Our answer to this dilemma is to equip our congregation with the tools to assist them in finding out what their Spiritual Gifts are. Those gifts given to each and every one of us by God - gifts for which we will excel in our commitment and be joyous in our involvement. The Bible says we are each given gifts "for the common good" (read 1 Co. 12:7-11). Only when you're using your gifts to bless others will you experience true satisfaction. When you are called according to God's purpose, your vision will be fulfilled.
Click on the link below to find out what your spiritual gifts are. Complete the assessment and follow the prompts to print a copy, email a copy to PSC, and see a summary. PSC Administration will then have a useful tool to help you find out where you will fit into a ministry experience that will utilize your spiritual gifts, benefit you, and bring you closer to God's purpose for you.
